Our consultation fees are designed to reflect the time, individualised assessment and professional care provided during your visit. Acupuncture
Initial Acupuncture
Duration: Approximately 60 minutes Fee: $140 This appointment is recommended for new patients or existing patients presenting with a new health concern. Your appointment may include:
- A comprehensive health history of your current concerns and goals
- Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment
- Review of medications and supplements
- Individualised treatment planning
- Acupuncture treatment where appropriate
- Aftercare advice
- Discussion of recommended follow-up care
Follow-Up (On-Going Care) Acupuncture
Duration: Approximately 45 minutes Fee: $110 Follow-up appointments are designed for existing patients continuing their current plan of care. Your practitioner will review any changes since your previous appointment and adjust your treatment where appropriate.
Acupuncture plus Flame Cupping
Duration: Approximately 60 minutes Fee: $125 This appointment combines acupuncture with cupping therapy where your practitioner considers both treatments appropriate. Cupping may not be suitable for everyone. Your practitioner will discuss this during your consultation.
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Consultation Only
Duration: Approximately 30 minutes Fee: $60 This appointment is recommended for new patients or existing patients presenting with a new health concern. This consultation includes:
- Comprehensive health assessment
- Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment
- Review of medications and supplements
- Discussion of your health goals
- Individualised herbal medicine recommendations where appropriate
Remedial Massage
60 Minute Remedial Massage Treatment
Duration: Approximately 60 minutes Fee: $120 Suitable for addressing one or more areas of muscular tension and movement restriction.
90 Minute Remedial Massage Treatment
Duration: Approximately 90 minutes Fee: $180 Provides additional time for multiple areas of concern or a more comprehensive treatment session.
Payment Options
We accept a range of payment methods for your convenience.Please contact the clinic if you have questions about accepted payment methods.
Payment is required on the day of your appointment unless another arrangement has been made in advance.
Health Fund Rebates
Private health rebates may be available for eligible services provided by eligible practitioners.
Rebate amounts vary depending on:
- Your private health insurer
- Your level of cover
- The service received
Please contact your health fund directly to confirm your individual entitlements before your appointment.
Booking & Deposit Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit: 25% of Service Fee To secure your preferred appointment time, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking online.
This deposit:
- Confirms and reserves your appointment slot
- Is applied toward your total treatment fee
- Includes applicable service charges associated with the booking platform
Please note: Service charges are applied by the booking platform and are not retained by the clinic Deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or rescheduling. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact the clinic prior to booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Providing advance notice allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting.Please note:
- The 25% deposit is non-refundable
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of your deposit
- Additional fees may apply in accordance with our clinic policy
